Tatneft buys Sibur’s assets in Togliatti for 12.9 bln rbl

MOSCOW, Nov 29 (PRIME) -- Russian oil company Tatneft has bought petrochemical company Sibur’s assets in the city of Togliatti for 12.9 billion rubles, the company said in a report on Friday.

“The group acquired a petrochemical complex located in the Samara Region of the Russian Federation by purchasing a 100% stake in Sibur Togliatti and a 100% stake in Tolyattisintez from Sibur Holding. Cash consideration of 12.865 billion rubles, including adjustment for the amount of cash on current accounts in the amount of 1.565 billion rubles was paid in the fourth quarter of 2019,” the report said.

Tatneft also said the value of a deal to buy a gas filling station network in St. Petersburg from Finnish company Neste stood at 10.8 billion rubles.
